By using the internet auction process we present your guns to millions of knowledgeable professional and serious perspective buyers who are looking for specific firearms. In most cases, DBE does not buy firearms.

The Process of Acquiring Your Firearms

  1. We will meet with you at your home, virtually, or at an agreed-upon site. You will receive my photo ID and a copy of my professional, federally-issued firearms dealer’s license. You will also be given a packet explaining in detail our services and the internet auction process.

  2. Your firearms will be expertly examined and appraised.

  3. We will then take legal possession of your firearms per ATF rules and regulations. You will be given a detailed written receipt.

  4. The firearm will be function tested, cleaned, and photographed. The photographs will be uploaded to one or more auction sites along with a detailed description of your firearm.

DBE is responsible for monitoring and managing the auction in real-time. DBE will send emails, texts and/or phone calls on your behalf to prospective buyers as they become interested in your firearm. You are also able to monitor the progress of your auction until your item is sold. Once sold you will be immediately notified. I will make arrangements for you to be paid by the buyer and the firearm will be sent to another licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

There are no upfront costs. All accounts are settled in full upon the sale of your firearm for 20% of the purchase price.
